In this thrilling position, you'll be a linchpin in our digital transformation program, playing a crucial role in streamlining Operations, Care, Quality, and Central Services. Your day-to-day will include undertaking site surveys for VoIP deployment, installing new systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical challenges. Ideally, you would bring to the table experience in Telecommunications/IT/Network installations and support, particularly in working with structured (CAT5/6) cabling and Hosted (VOIP/SIP) telephone solutions like 3CX, Splicecom, and Yealink.
