IT Support and Project Coordinator
Do you have a proven track record in IT Support? Do you want to work in an exciting high end Food service business dealing with prestigious clients, with exciting growth plans?
Can you identify specific IT needs of an organisation and match with relevant technology? Our ambitious client are looking for an IT Support and Project Coordinator to join their team.
The team will immediately benefit from your IT expertise, as you'll ensure the reliability and speed of their service. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure that you can prioritize, diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
You will also have experience of delivering IT projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary dependent on need but a working knowledge of:
• PC, Mac + Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) Administration
• Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams + SharePoint)
• Printer Management + Administration
• General Application Support (Office, Sage etc.)
• Networking Concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP, NAT etc.)
• Backup Management + Administration
• Remote Support Tools
• Active Directory + Azure AD Administration
• Basic VoIP Understanding

The successful candidate will have a full drivers license and be able to travel between the offices in Bicester and Battersea, London. The role can be split between either of the two offices on a 3/2 day basis and the hours can be flexible.
You'll primarily be working independently, but a team will be developed around you, so there is lots of opportunity to develop within the company into management.
