My client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team in Bromley, Kent. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in their IT Department, supporting a diverse user base of over 3000 individuals. Your mission is to ensure that everything runs seamlessly, making a significant impact on the organisation's efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, and your ability to provide courteous and efficient support will be instrumental. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
  • Logging and handling incoming support requests.
  • Prioritising and scheduling support issues.
  • Documenting the problem-solving process.
  • Building strong rapport with customers.
  • Utilising diagnostic tools and knowledge bases.
  • Performing user profile management and hardware configuration.
  • Supporting and resolving issues related to Windows, MS365, Intune, MDM, and more.

  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on experience).
