My client has an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid Project Support Engineer!
As a Hybrid Project Support Engineer, you will evaluate, prioritise, and resolve support requests and project work. Attending client premises for projects, either solo or with a colleague, will be a regular part of your role. Regular tasks such as backup checks, proactive maintenance, and system reviews will keep your work varied. Additionally, you will manage internal projects aimed at improving efficiency and service quality.
Technical Requirements:
- Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Office 365.
- Manage devices using MDM solutions like Jamf, Mosyle, and Intune.
- MDM Automation – BASH, Powershell.
- Provide support for commonly used software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
- Configure and troubleshoot email platforms and IP networking concepts.
