If you answered 'yes' to these questions, then my client is seeking someone just like you for the position of IT Manager in their esteemed IT Department.

In this key role as an IT Manager, you will not only showcase your technical prowess but also your strategic planning and customer service skills. You will have responsibilities managing budgets, ensuring software licensing compliance, and supervising the implementation of new systems and upgrades. The IT Service Desk will be under your leadership, and you will conduct root cause analysis and generate comprehensive reports. Moreover, you will stay abreast of changes in technology, maintain crucial documentation, and manage user accounts. You'll also bear the crucial duty of safeguarding and maintaining the network, server data backups, and endpoint devices.

While familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory management, Microsoft Office 365 administration, Microsoft Azure administration, Hypervisor technology, and PowerShell scripting will be beneficial, it's not a strict requirement. An understanding of current technologies and how they support business processes is key. Experience in managing IT functions, including staff development and leadership, is also desirable. Certifications in areas like ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft SCCM, or EMS+ are a plus.
