As a key part of the business, you’ll help to grow sales with existing customers through a variety of methods, including social media and video content! The company offers training in these areas as well as in their entire range of products, and you’ll be able to communicate with the engineers whenever you need any answers to your questions.
Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Inbound and outbound calls and emails to existing and potential customers
- Providing quotations for products and services
- Regularly updating the CRM with all relevant information
- Using social media to connect and engage with customers
- Keep your knowledge up to date through the company’s online learning platform
