You’ll be using your commercial acumen to work closely with hiring managers, advising them of best recruitment practices and helping them create achievable goals. You’ll be using your recruitment knowledge gained from either agency or internal recruitment to write job adverts and advertise on the right job boards to get the best talent. You’ll then coordinate interviews and support them through the recruitment process, acting as a representative of the company and selling your roles above other potential offers or counter offers. You’ll get to use your knowledge of candidate registration to analyse if they are the right fit for the company, ensuring that people with the drive and hunger to perform are hired.
