Join our client as an Interim Head of People Partnering and be at the forefront of shaping our dynamic team!  As the key leader in managing and inspiring our people partners and adviser's, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional services that align with our vision and mission of enriching lives through education, collaboration, and empowerment.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop our client's people partnering team across multiple sites, showcasing their strategic impact and operation importance.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic direction and contribute to organizational leadership.
  • Implement a people partnering model that empowers business leaders to navigate all aspects of the employee life-cycle efficiently.
  • Contribute to the creation of People and Culture plans aligned with our corporate strategy.
  • Developing policies and procedures in line with employment legislation's and best practice’s.
  • Driving change management initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and contributing to KIP's analysis.

Person Specification:
  • Degree and/or professional qualification or equivalent experience,
  • CIPD Level 7 certification.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Specialist Knowledge:
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current Employment Law, upcoming changes, and case law.
  • Generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
