Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop our client's people partnering team across multiple sites, showcasing their strategic impact and operation importance.
- Partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic direction and contribute to organizational leadership.
- Implement a people partnering model that empowers business leaders to navigate all aspects of the employee life-cycle efficiently.
- Contribute to the creation of People and Culture plans aligned with our corporate strategy.
- Developing policies and procedures in line with employment legislation's and best practice’s.
- Driving change management initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Monitoring HR metrics and contributing to KIP's analysis.

Person Specification:
- Degree and/or professional qualification or equivalent experience,
- CIPD Level 7 certification.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current Employment Law, upcoming changes, and case law.
- Generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
