Are you looking for an opportunity to take that next step and advance your career? Are you constantly looking to improve yourself and the area you work in? Our client is looking for a Service Centre Manager for their St Albans based call centre.

You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and techniques, with the end goal of turning your experienced team of five into a well-oiled machine. You will use your management experience, your drive and can-do attitude to hit Key Performance Indicators, review performances and achieve your targets.

You will be involved in telephone sales and customer service, working with the Head of insurance to motivate and train sales and service staff. You will help to identify new commercial and cost saving opportunities in order to develop the company.

To succeed in this role you should:
  • Be a great motivator, manager and leader looking to constantly network and negotiate with new clients.
  • Have relevant IT and telephone experience and knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products.
  • Be able to have those difficult conversations with people and display a degree of nuance.

This role – while requiring experience – is absolutely suitable for someone with strong leadership skills looking to learn while working, with a salary of up to 30k, on-site parking, a private health plan and life assurance. You will also be hybrid working, meaning three days in the office. This role is perfect for anyone looking to take the next step in their career.
