As their HR Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in a growing business, working across multiple functions both internally and externally.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
- Solid understanding of employment law principles.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
- Strong ethics, sound judgement, and reliability.
- Relevant HR qualification (ideally level 3 and above).
