You’ll be bringing your knowledge of HR, demonstrated by a CIPD Level 5 or higher, to help develop and nurture talent within the business, focusing on employee relations. You’ll be showing that fully remote work can still be very people focused at it’s core, helping to better the environment employees work in while helping them to become leaders in their field. You’ll be heading up the HR team, managing a small team of HR Assistants while supporting the full onboarding process of new employee, making them feel at home. You’ll take ownership of HR and Payroll paperwork, ensuring these processes run smoothly and work best for employees.
