The Role: Front of House Manager

In this pivotal position, you will be the face of the hotel, creating first and lasting impressions on our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure they experience the highest level of service. You'll lead and inspire the Guest Experience team, setting the standard for front-of-house operations. This includes overseeing adherence to all standards, procedures, and regulations.


  • 'Welcome' bonus: £500 for full-time after 6 months.

  • Ensure an outstanding stay for guests at our hotel.
  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
  • Oversee room allocations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and complaints with finesse.
  • Maintain impeccable team presentation and knowledge of rates and promotions.

  • Proven experience in a guest experience or front-of-house role within a hotel.
  • Qualifications in hospitality, front-of-house management, or business.
  • Demonstrable skills in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Driven by targets and KPIs, with a knack for multitasking.
