Sitting within the senior management team, this position will see you leading three departments: namely Market Lettings, Student Accommodation, and externally owned property management teams. In addition, you will also offer support to the delivery of the Group’s Asset Management strategy.
- Collaborate across multiple business areas to ensure effective delivery of the Group’s purpose (providing homes and creating sustainable communities)
- Understand and use measures to enable continuous improvement
- Research, propose and implement new products and services designed to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
