In this role, you will be working closely with a team of three, managing a variety of departments: namely Market Lettings, Student Accommodation, and externally owned property management teams. In addition, you will also offer your support to the delivery of the group’s asset management strategy.
This role is perfect for someone that has a keen mind for business development and profit let focus, as you will get the opportunity to flex your sales skills researching, proposing and implementing new products and services designed to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
