This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to build a great career within this very popular and ever growing pub restaurant.
The location is set right by the beautiful Suffolk coast and offers locals and many tourists top quality produce with a wide variety & creative menu. As Head Chef you will have experience in managing a team whilst working in a fast-paced busy kitchen who can produce excellent simple but fresh pub style dishes as well as daily specials.
We're looking for a Chef that can lead by example, a chef with a level temperament and a chef that can create a good calm working environment. You'll have full control over the menu and will enjoy being creative whilst reacting to seasonal produce availability. You'll be managing kitchen rotas and all aspects of health and safety, and will be leading a talented team that that have a real passion for food.
