About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Temporary General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel and restaurant. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who can provide strong leadership, maintain high service standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during a fixed-term period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel and restaurant operations
- Lead and support operational teams across all departments
- Maintain high standards of guest service and presentation
- Oversee reservations, occupancy, and F&B performance
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle guest feedback and operational issues effectively
- Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deliver premium boutique-style guest service
- Good financial and organisational skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time role: 5 days / 48 hours per week
