As a pivotal figure within their hotel, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests, ensure service levels are consistently high, and inspire your team to exceed expectations. The role involves overseeing room allocation, effectively addressing any complaints or issues that arise, ensuring that your team's presentation is in line with company standards, and being fully knowledgeable about rates, packages, and special promotions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a guest experience capacity or front of house within a hotel environment, and hold relevant qualifications in front of house, hospitality or business management. We're also looking for someone who's driven by targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, and above all, has a passion for customer service, presentation, and cleanliness.
