In this role, you will be responsible for supervising teams of operatives, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems, and delivering projects within agreed commercial parameters and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, all while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and client excellence.
