Excellent new opportunity presents for an experienced E-Commerce logistics operator to join a vibrant success culture with this fast growing forwarder.
This successful company are held in high regard at local level - enjoying an enviable reputation amongst local competitors - as well as being highly respected internationally - renowned for their excellent service levels / capability, and very low staff turnover. A solid team of 30 existing staff will welcome a new and eager operator with existing and proven skill in exporting various commodities and cargo to and from global destinations.
The fortunate new recruit will work adapt quickly to the demands of a busy fulfilment and warehousing administration operation. Your experience in working with the needs of e-commerce clients & handling files from start to completion is key. Your day to day will include interacting with online stock management systems, running off stock reports and/or setting up auto mailers for customers, processing customer pick requests and sending to warehouses over the world (UK, USA, Canada, Australia) ensuring process is tightly managed.
***This is not a physical warehouse role - administrative and customer service freight experience is essential***
You will be in a warehouse/fulfilment office department - already working a similar role for a freight forwarder offering the same service.
Working with a team who insist on helping eachother handle volumes, and ensuring that no employee is unsupported, a team player attitude is of absolutely key.
As a skilled FBA/ E-Comm administrator, you will have a clear focus on the time windows and customer demand, ensuring operations run smoothly and accountably.
