Focusing on Ocean / Sea Freight exports you will be a Senior member of an already knowledgeable, experienced team of Operators where your day to day will be dealing with exports for designated destinations for LCL/FCL cargoes. Supervising this established team, by offering a supportive, coaching style that leads by example, sharing your commercial savvy approach and hunger for growth, you will have the opportunity to develop this team further.
The role will allow you and your team to utilise your excellent customer services and relationship building skills dealing with 3rd party carriers, internal and external personnel and shipping lines, ensuring shipments from origin to destination are completed efficiently by all team members. Your working knowledge of Multifreight will be used to record and report all consignments and train newer members of staff.
