Our client is a long established shipping business that has made their mark by securing an extremely loyal client base. They are now in the process of expanding and securing more clients, and are on the hunt for an Export Operator to join their team.
You’ll play a vital role for the business, as you get involved in all aspects of export operations. You’ll be responding to queries and drafting quotes for customers, placing bookings with carriers, and ensuring all documentation is complete and correct. You’ll also be keeping customers up to date with their orders, while liaising with shipping agencies and other transporters to keep an oversight of the process.
With a starting salary of £25K to £28K, and an office with excellent public transport links, this is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in this sector, and that is confident in the customer service skills.
