Working with our prestigious client based in Cambridge we are seeking an Events Organiser to join their team for a fixed term contract for around 10 months. Immediate start available.
As a member of the events team you will be working on a variety of projects to include design, delivery, engagement and organisation from start to finish. This could be anything from a prize giving ceremony, building openings, sporting events, festivals, dinners, international events and more.
Your responsibilities will involve:
Event Design under the supervision of the Events Manager
Project managing and executing the delivery of the events to the highest standards
Maintaining and updating all administration for the events to include risk assessments, online bookings, online content and more
Supervising the teams working at the events and the suppliers contracted in
Liaising and networking throughout the planning and execution stages to ensure the smooth running of the event
In return the role offers:
36.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
