Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for events? Do you excel at handling logistics and providing exceptional customer service? Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the vibrant city of Norwich? If so, this Events Administrator role could be perfect for you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing event logistics for both onsite and virtual events, liaising with the communications team to ensure accurate event materials, providing exceptional customer service and handling general inquiries, as well as managing invoicing, payments, and generating printed materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with events software or CRM systems is desirable.

This fantastic temporary booking is based on site in Norwich, Monday to Friday, with interviews available as soon as possible.
