A solid team of 30 existing staff will welcome a new and eager operator with existing and proven skill in exporting various commodities and cargo to and from global destinations.The fortunate new trainee will work adapt quickly to the demands of a busy transport department - and your day to day will involve:
- General administrative support
- Raising invoices
- Supplying proof of delivery documents
- General filing
- Customer service - speaking daily to customers
- Advising of arrival times/ collections/ deliveries and vehicle details
- Loading booking details to internal database
Over time you will learn the more intricate elements of handling customers cargo from and to its destination - organising onward haulage with the companies partners & suppliers as well as managing the process from start to finish.
Working with a team who insist on helping each other handle volumes, and ensuring that no employee is unsupported, a team player attitude is of absolutely key.
