To be successful, you will need:
- A good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Lean processes
- An interest in and passion for digital marketing, communications and design
- Experience of working in an Agency/marketing team environment and familiarity with the processes required to run a service-based business (ideal)
- Demonstrable experience of managing projects in an Agency or in house marketing function
- Highly organised and comfortable with managing multiple tasks
- A problem-solving and inquisitive mindset
- Experience of working with project management, resourcing and reporting software
- Ability to build productive, collaborative and respectful relationships with colleagues
- Great communication skills; written, verbal, presentation
- Very strong commercial awareness and acumen
- A hybrid working model:
- For local employees; 3 days in central Norwich office, 2 days flexible
- For employees out of area; remote working arrangement, and encouraged to visit Norwich office at least once a quarter
- 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after 2 years’ service (plus Bank Holidays)
