This brand new role would suit someone with a good few years digital marketing and production management experience, with a track record in developing integrated digital platform strategies, and a wealth of knowledge in how to nurture leads and convert them to customers.
Working alongside the Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll be:
- Championing a user-focused approach across the digital channels
- Mapping customer journeys and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing CMS and CRM integration requirements
- Formulating paid strategies and optimising conversions
