Deputy F&B Manager, Heacham/Norfolk £32,000 + Bonus

At Select Hospitality we are working with a fantastic company who are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Hospitality Deputy Manager to manage multiple Front of House Operations at this beautiful Suffolk Manor situated near the Norfolk Hunstanton/Heacham Coast.

About the Role

We are seeking someone very enthusiastic with bags of personality that can offer first class management of all aspects, developing a strong and successful team in all departments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all teams recruiting and developing your people, with an ultimate goal of ensuring excellent guest-satisfaction by approaching all tasks with a hands-on' and high quality approach.

About You

●Proven Management experience with a holiday park, hotel or restaurant.
●Ensuring guests receive excellent quality of service
●Proven recruitment, leadership and training skills.
●Excellent customer service, service delivery and health & safety standards.
●Excellent communication skills
●Strong organisational and planning skills
●Passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
●Ability to be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you
