Are you an Excel whiz who can bring magic to spreadsheets?
This highly regarded accountancy practice have a thriving team who look after the calculating of tips within the hospitality industry. They work with some exciting high profile clients and due to internal promotion are looking for a Data Administrator to join their fast growing team. This role requires excellent IT and customer service skills.
About the role:
• Reviewing and analysing client data.
• Extensive use of Excel including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Communicating with clients via email and phone.
• Maintaining databases.
• Working closely with payroll providers.
• Supporting the team including accounting duties across the wider team.
About you:
• Educated to ‘A ‘ Level in Maths or equivalent, 5 GCSEs at grade C and above to include Maths and English Language.
• Confident.
• Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure.
• Organised.
• Flexible.
• Team Player.
You will need to be meticulous with a fine eye for detail, highly organised and a great personable communicator.
Whats in it for you?
Hours 9-5:30 Mon-Fri.
Salary 25K.
Regular social events.
25 Days Holiday + 8 bank holiday.
