Do you want to put your exceptional people skills and understanding of new tech to helping improve peoples’ lives? Are you confident in understanding tech language and acronyms? Our client has the perfect opportunity for a customer success administrator for healthcare based in North Walsham.

Our client wants you to use your technical abilities to form a core of kindness in their commercial team to nurture and grow with their expansion. Joining our client’s tech team, you will be working to ensure that our client’s expansion is handled effectively with your established office experience.

You will integrate your human touch with an ability to efficiently use technology to manage data and ensure the systems our client uses run smoothly, which you will receive training for. You will establish yourself with our client’s team with your understanding to tech phrases and acronyms while you receive complete technical training.

You will succeed in this role if:
• You are comfortable multi-tasking while ensuring customer happiness.
• You are computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
• You have experience in offices with data, CRM and spreadsheets.
