Your duties will span developing and managing print marketing campaigns, tracking leads effectively, managing the customer journey, and acting as a primary liaison for customer complaints. Your understanding of our target audience - especially when it comes to marketing to elderly customers - will be pivotal in this role. You'll need to be a team player with excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive, Word, Excel, Email, and Calendars.
