Customer Service Manager
Our client, nationally leading in their sector and based in Bicester, has an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their team as Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the operational management, development and delivery of customer service within the team.
The Role
·To manage, lead, motivate and develop the customer service team
·To monitor and manage employee absence, holidays, performance and training
·Manage the customer feedbacks and ensure all complaints are closed out satisfactorily within agreed timelines
·Liaise with the client and customer, developing strong working relationships and ensure high levels of communication at all levels to ensure effective management of the contact
·Ensure the Customer Service team are achieving client SLA's
The Ideal Candidate
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Proven management experience (e.g. manager, team-leader or supervisor)
·Ability to positively lead and motivate employees to their full potential
·High degree of IT literacy
·Organisational skills
