This innovative business who are specialists in their field are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team.

You will be working in the Customer Services Team:
  • Processing orders
  • Checking delivery dates
  • Checking product codes, stock levels and prices
  • Escalating queries
  • Answering incoming calls
You will have excellent communication skills, fast and accurate data entry and typing skills with a good level of working knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Hours 9-5 Mon-Fri
  • £18K-£19K + discretionary company bonus
  • Hybrid working – 3 days office/2 remote following training
  • On-site parking
