As a Customer Relationship Manager at my client’s dynamic company, first and foremost you will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding my client’s business into new markets. Your responsibilities will include gathering sales intelligence, organising and coordinating customer visits, and establishing a comprehensive business development strategy. You'll also collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve their sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
Day to day responsibilities:
Manage and nurture absolute key customer accounts, primarily within an elite international sector.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
Coordinate customer visits, technical meetings, and sales leads.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure business opportunities align with the broader strategy.
