Our Norwich based client is looking for a committed Customer Care Manager to take control of the entire aftercare process for their masterfully crafted new homes.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will be directly responsible for everything that happens after the keys are handed over to new tenants. You will directly impact the client and customer journey through various means such as post completion inspections, home demonstrations, resolving defects and giving feedback to your team.
Our client is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction, so your role is integral to keeping up their high standards, but the homes you will be supporting also have been painstakingly and lovingly crafted with an aim to have zero defects.
