Job Role:
As a Creative Services Tech Engineer, you'll ensure clients receive top-notch technical support across multiple London locations. Responsibilities include prompt support responses, efficient issue resolution, and proactive customer service.
Responsibilities:
Accurately record and resolve support calls, communicate updates to customers, and escalate major incidents. Handle IT hardware and software tasks, maintain licensing records, and contribute to service improvement.
Personal Attributes:
Outgoing, organised team player who excels under pressure, takes ownership of challenges, and embraces learning opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
You will bring to the role a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment, along with hands-on skills in various areas, including:
• MDM such as Intune and Jamf equivalent
• Administration of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Microsoft Windows and macOS support and troubleshooting
• In-depth Adobe Creative Cloud support
• Bespoke Creative Studio application support
• UTC Extensis Suitcase and font management
• Audio-visual support
• Telecoms/mobile phone administration
• Microsoft Active Directory management
• AWS and Microsoft Azure
• PowerShell and BASH scripting
• Network support and troubleshooting (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)
