College Steward (£30k, Cottage provided and all bills paid for)
Our established and prestigious client in the academic sector, based near Banbury, has a very exciting opportunity to join their team as College Steward.
In this varied role, you will participate in the general day-to-day functioning of a small University College.
An on-site Cottage is provided, which is beautiful and scenic, and all bills are paid for. The salary for the position is £30k.

The Role
·Meeting groups at the airport and escorting them to the college, helping with luggage and showing individuals to rooms
·Escorting groups of students on day trips
·Regular driving of the minivan
·Assisting in the monitoring of College Security
·General Maintenance
·Responsible for running a small bar (used very occasionally)
·Setting up rooms for use
The Ideal Candidate
·Experience of Maintenance
·Good written and verbal communication
·Full-clean driving licence
·Proactive attitude
·Able to work independently and as part of a team
The Benefits
The successful candidate will have live on site in a beautiful and scenic cottage, photos can be provided upon application. You will have bills paid for, including electricity, council tax, telephone and water etc.
Meals are also provided when the college kitchen is functioning.
The salary for the position is £30k and there is a generous 5.6 weeks of holiday.
