Your sole focus will be ensuring the retention and loyalty of clients, building on existing relationships while making sure that all services satisfy requirements. You’ll be using your professional manner and communication skills to act as first point of contact to promote positive experience with the brand. You will use your conflict resolution skills to address any potential customer complaints, building on the considerable reputation across both Northern Ireland and the ROI. You’ll get to work closely with the technical team to make sure client requests are fully understood, building strong internal relationships to make sure the clients are happy with their products.
