Working as a Sales and Account Executive, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing supplier contracts for their business clients, providing excellent customer service to both existing and new business clients, assisting them with their contract management needs.
You will ensure clients feel well supported and informed at all stages of the contract negotiations, and you'll be comfortable working to targets, as you'll be looking to achieve and exceed renewals and new business sales targets.
This role requires a professional and friendly nature, a high level of attention to detail, good organisational skills and strong use of English and Maths (particularly through Microsoft Office Word and Excel).
My client additionally requires a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to fit into the culture of their organisation.
While industry training will be given, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within the energy sector (not necessarily B2B contract sales) and be familiar with basic industry terms. But those without it will be considered if you have the right attitude and personality!
All applicants should be able to demonstrate a desire to learn about the sector, and wish to progress their career in an interesting but challenging industry.
