Key Responsibilities
Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to our exacting standards
Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area and equipment
Essential Requirements.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
Excellent knife skills and classical cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina for long shifts in a demanding kitchen environment
