The main duties will include:
• Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality every time. Cooking with locally sourced fresh produce, and preparing classic pub food. Opportunity to be involved in the pub menu.
• Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are achieved
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience within a similar role
• Culinary background of working with fresh, seasonal produce
• Punctual and professional
• Great work ethic
• Extremely high standards
• Able to achieve preparation and service to a high level
• Prepared to work holidays and weekends
