Our London based client is looking for a skilled Building surveyor with experience working in various sectors including Education, Commercial, Health and the public sector.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will use your skills in various building software (including AutoCAD and MS project) to conduct accessibility surveys, Acquisition and disposal surveys and Measured surveys. You will also be responsible for Asset management and Development monitoring meaning your sage advice will be key to making sure clients are happy and secure in your hands.

- Hybrid working
- 45-50k Salary (Dependent on experience) and 5% employer contribution pension scheme
- 23 days holidays + bank holidays which increases with service (2 years’ service is 25 days and 5 extra days service leave between years 5 and 10, totalling 30 days + bank holidays)
