Our Bedfordshire based client is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join their team looking to give life to a long term, hugely ambitious residential project and they need someone like you to keep it running, safe, clean and to be an integral part of the community that’s being built.
As a Facilities Supervisor, your job is to make sure that all safety checks and general maintenance is completed including inspecting the site for damage overnight, using a check sheet to ensure the playgrounds are in working order, making sure all buildings are locked and secured overnight and carrying out small repairs and maintenance tasks.
In order to support you with this, our client is providing a team of cleaners and a Facilities assistant. As such, it will be up to you to form a positive workplace relationship with them, keep them working effectively and mentor their growth.
