My client are a leading company on a mission and are on the hunt for a Sales-Focused Account Director to join their fantastic, award-winning team.
As an Account Director, you'll be at the forefront of initiating new client relationships and completing the initial sale process. Your primary focus will be on engaging large employer target clients and industries with their solutions, ensuring strong commercial relationships aligned with their clients' objectives.
Your day to day might include:
- Closing deals with new clients aligned with their mission
- Leading pipeline development, from sourcing contacts to closing deals.
- Becoming the internal expert on your assigned target industries.
- Fostering long-term relationships, driving revenue growth.
- Act as the "face" within your industries, cultivating relationships and deepening engagement.

- A passionate individual with proven experience in sales development in a B2B environment.
- Commercially focused with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work to KPIs and targets.
- Comfortable with technology and able to demo their solutions to clients.
