My client, a specialist training provider, is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their team on the outskirts of St Albans. In this role, you will be working within a small team and managing a member of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing essential support to the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, maintaining the CRM, overseeing invoicing and credit control, and attending meetings. You'll also work closely with the CEO to implement marketing and communications strategies, which will involve maintaining the website, creating social media content, and designing promotional materials.
