If so, my client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Building Custodian to join their professional team and help keep their department operating to the highest standard.
As a Building Custodian, you’ll take charge of maintaining the department’s facilities, ensuring everything from heating and plumbing to electrical systems and general repairs are in top condition. You’ll coordinate routine maintenance, supervise cleaning staff, and work closely with contractors to ensure all work is completed to a high level.
This is a hands-on role, with responsibilities that include helping with event setups, furniture moves, and making sure every space is welcoming and ready for use. Strong communication is key, as you’ll regularly liaise with staff and provide updates on ongoing facilities work. The Building Custodian role is offered on a 30-hour-a-month contract for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for a permanent position following review.
