Our Norwich  based client is looking for a Bookings Co-Ordinator to join their booming Business Management Consultancy.

You’ll be at the centre of all operations, supporting the sales team by scheduling their meetings with potential clients. This is the perfect opportunity to combine your exceptional customer service skills and administrative skills to record any meetings or issues from clients, while ensuring their experience reflects the reputation of your employer.

To succeed in this role, you’ll:
  • Have exceptional administrative skills to set up meetings for your sales team.
  • Have the drive and passion to be able to upsell and cross-sell clients in support of your sales team.
  • Be welcoming and friendly, ensuring all clients know they are valued and well supported.
