You’ll get the opportunity to work on sites all over the Home Counties and London. You’ll be working with hydraulic health, oil changes and hose replacements while hydraulic fault-finding and dealing with any potential repair work to ensure all equipment meets the correct standards. You’ll be using your electrical engineering experience and formal electrical maintenance qualification to ensure all equipment is kept up to specification and in safe, working condition. You’ll be on the road which will give you the perfect opportunity to act independently, largely being allowed to plan your own day and work to your time scale. Your day starts as soon as you leave your home or hotel making sure you are always registered as working even driving from site to site.
