BARISTA required for a full time opportunity based in NR4
I am looking for flexible and outgoing staff to work in a busy coffee shop. This role offers full time hours on a temporary to permanent contract.
You must be able to work between the hours of 6.00-20.30, including some weekends but in return you will receive accrued holidays, enhanced pay after 12 weeks, weekly pay and reduced bus fares.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Barista work (Barista experience preferable, but not essential, as full training, will be given), customer service, cash handling, till operating, heating of some food items.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working to a high standard in all areas of food and beverage preparation and service OR Experience in a retail type setting where customer service and communication is key.
Ability to communicate over all levels and be passionate about assisting customers with their needs
You must be a team player and take pride in your work place, as you will be required to keep the coffee shop clean and tidy at all times
Finally you must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure or at busy times
