My client is currently seeking a dedicated Working Foreman or Assistant Site Manager to join their busy site in East Norfolk. To thrive in this role, you should hold either an SMSTS or SSSTS certification, a CSCS card, and ideally, a valid First Aid certificate.
For the first seven months, you will be an integral part of our night shift team, working from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday. After this initial period, as part of the project's evolution, you will transition to daytime hours. While commercial experience is valuable, the most crucial requirement is your exceptional communication skills, your ability to lead a small team, and your aptitude for customer-facing interactions.
