I am looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury coastal restaurant on the Norfolk Coast.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Restaurant Management teams ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. The businesses is a real destination business catering upto 1000 guests a day serving Rosette food and the freshest local fish.
You will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expected of this restaurant, the business is part of a small family run restaurant group offering the best in training, coaching and career development.
You will ideally come from a high volume premium background, be used to highly interactive service and be able to coach, mentor and develop your team to create a theatre of service in the restaurant.
You will use your experience in the luxury bar and restaurant market and your food and beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upselling.
As Assistant Manager you will have a good understanding or wines, spirits and cocktails, and ideally have WSET Level 2 as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktails.
